Experience a Barre Retreat like no other

F.A.Q's
We want your experience with us to be a seamless as possible and for you to get as much as possible out of your time away.
If you have any questions that are not answered below please send us a message and one of the team will contact you as soon as possible
I've never done Barre before - can I still come?
100%! The Barre community is based in an ethos of inclusivity and support and new clients feel this straight away. Barre workouts are by their very essence, suitable and safe for everyone, no matter what their goals or current fitness levels.
Often people ask if they can 'do barre' if they have poor flexibility or if they don't know what they're doing, this our dear friends is WHY you do Barre!
A Barre retreat is so much more than working out. It's about spending time on yourself and your body, in beautiful surroundings, with like minded people.
I don't know many other people, will I be on my own?
Solo travellers are so welcome on a Barre retreat. The team and your fellow retreaters will make you feel right at home. If you are sharing a triple room we will allocate you a room with other guests who we are sure you'll have a blast with! Alternatively you can book a double room or a bungalow to yourself if you'd prefer. You can also book for a non Barre-ing friend or partner to join if you'd like too.
Our retreats so far have been a mix of old and very new clients with a wide range of current fitness and Barre experience.
Do I need vaccinations to travel to Marrakesh?
There is advice on any travel vaccinations you may want to view here https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/morocco
Do I need to bring anything to workout with?
No! Just you, we provide mats and cork balls for myofascial release exercises. You just need to bring you leggings or shorts (or bikini) to workout in
I don't drink, are there non alcoholic drinks available?
Absolutely! We serve soft drinks with all meals and have non alcoholic beers for the evenings.
